We're so confident in our rings that all Black Diamond Series rings come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for repairs or replacement that covers scratching, chipping, tarnishing or breaking. Warranty starts from the date of purchase and covers all defects in materials and workmanship.

A one-time full replacement at 50% off current equivalent price paid plus shipping for up to 5 years from date of purchase.

- Changes in size needed due to hand swelling or weight gain

- Damage due to the exposure of harsh chemicals

Warranty does not apply to damage caused, in Hard Rings sole discretion, by personal tampering of your ring. Defects or damage resulting from repairs or tampering of your ring by anyone other than Hard Rings will void the warranty.

It does not apply to abuse and excludes the ring box and collateral. In the event of a defect or malfunction within the warranty period, your ring will be serviced under the limited warranty terms.

Repairs & Replacement

If you’d like to start an exchange, you can contact us at info@hardrings.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Customers returning items for a refund will not be refunded the original shipping cost or any applicable customs duties/taxes as the case may be. Failure to provide the item back in its original Hard Rings branded packaging will result in a repackaging fee.

Custom engraved ring returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We’re more than happy to help you with an exchange within 30 days of delivery. We’ll be sure to take care of any needs or concerns you may have.
